Email kept auto changed to Plain Text from HTML
Good day. I noticed O365 Outlook keeps changing my mail format from HTML to Plain Text whenever I have inserted an Image Banner. This banner and other wordings (email contents) were being inserted in multiple tables. As a result the Chinese characters got displayed as "???" question marks only. If I removed the Image/Banner, the english and chinese characters would work fine. Anyone knows how can the email broadcast being sent out with Image banner and chinese characters being shown correctly to recipients ? |

Messages are composed in the format set in Outlook Options > Mail. However you have no control over how messages are viewed by the recipient and many people, businesses particularly, choose to view in plain text as a security measure.
