Default How to load a pre existing form into the Forms Library

I have a form that I copied over to a new laptop. The form is called Free Calendar.fdm

I have tried to copy it in different directories so that the library could find it

I go to Choose Form and it is not in the Standard Form Library, Personal Forms Library, Outlook Folders, Standard Templates, User Templates in File System, Inbox
I want this form to replace IPM.Appointment in the calendar.

What do I need to do so that the form is available in the libraries so I can select it?

Thanks in advance.
