I'm using Outlook 365. When I reply to an email occasionally I want to insert text into the sender's email to me such as "this is incorrect" or "Yes, this figure is right" and so forth. With Outlook installed I could do this and I would use blue font to separate my comments from the original text from the sender.
For some reason with Outlook 365 I cannot insert text into the sender's email. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow me to do this? |
