New PC - POP from Win 7 32-bit Outlook 2013 to Win 10 64-bit Outlook 2019
I am getting a new PC and moving from Win 7 32-bit Outlook 2013 to Win 10 64-bit Outlook 2019. I use POP not IMAP.
I have one email address and am not a sophisticated user. How do I backup and get my email up and running? |

Simply copy / use the same PST file:
in new Outlook 2019 go to Account settings, Data file (tab), add yout PST file (use Open File Path button), then Set As Default button. You can't change from IMAP to POP, or vice versa. |

You will get everything exactly like in old Outlook.
Yes, better to disable automatic send / receive: go to Options -> Advanced -> disable Send immediately on connection |
