Default Two Emails One Being A n Empty Mirror

I have recently been experiencing the issue of receiving emails in my inbox that have an email that includes the email data. In addition to this email, there is a "shadow" or "mirror" email with the same name but does not include any data and does not open like a regular email. I have not changed anything in my settings and I've tried restarting my laptop. No change to the inbox emails.

I have attached a screen shot of an email I recently received.

Thanks, in advance for any help I can get to fix this irritation.

Default Problem Fixed

My issue with seeing two emails as described in my previous post, was caused by either myself or some other anomaly, changing the sort criteria for my inbox to "sort by name" rather than "sort by date". I changed it to the date option and things are back to normal.
