Default sending personalized email with attachment to several recipients

Hello,
Can you please help me find a solution to my problem which I can detail as follows:
I have 1000 recipients with their email addresses. I want to send to each of them his/her invoice in attachment to the email. Could you please show me how outlook could help me do this once without sending 1000 emails and such that each recipient sees only his/her email, if possible.

Thank you

For this you need mail merge. The data source will need to have the full path to the attachment for each recipient. The merge document is the covering e-mail, then merge to body of text withhttps://www.gmayor.com/email_merge_addin.html

Hello again,

I tried the process as described in your tutorial, but no effect occurred, no email was sent. I am a beginner, I may have done error somewhere, please help.

On my desktop I have one folder containing data source (in excel) and a few files (in PDF) which will be attached to emails. I started by doing mail merge as usual. On my Word document the process of mail merge was initiated in usual form (start mail merge-select recipients). I went to Merge to E-mail and when I clicked Complete the Merge, the dialog box disappeared. When I opened my email to check if the mails and attachments were sent, nothing appear there.

I send you how I tried to follow your guidelines, possibly you could help me to understand where I made an error.

Thank you

Your merge document is empty. It needs at least 1 merge field e.g. Name and the text content of the message body.
Your worksheet does not contain the paths for the attachments
Instead of PRINTEX1, your data field should contain C:\Path\PRINTEX1.pdf, where C:\Path\ is the folder in which the file is located, and should include the extension .pdf or the attachment will not be found. With these corrected, the merge will complete to the Outlook outbox.
