Your merge document is empty. It needs at least 1 merge field e.g. Name and the text content of the message body.
Your worksheet does not contain the paths for the attachments
Instead of PRINTEX1, your data field should contain C:\Path\PRINTEX1.pdf, where C:\Path\ is the folder in which the file is located, and should include the extension .pdf or the attachment will not be found. With these corrected, the merge will complete to the Outlook outbox.
