Spam Email

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2016

I receive a fair amount of spam email every day. I have tried to block the sender and also set up rules to block these, but yet they still manage to get through

It would be appreciated if someone could kindly advise me how to block these so that they delete automatically or advise me what spam email software you can recommend
