Hi All,
anytime that I get an email from one friend in particular, his email comes in as shown below. His is the only email I ever get like this and it seems to be a problem at my end. As far as I know I didn't change anything in Outlook (Version 2010). I have tried to find a fix but have been unsuccessful. Any ideas? Attached is a partial screen grab of one of the emails:
