Hi,
Am migrating over to Outlook (2003) from AOL. Have figured out how to creat an e-mail signature, but how do you easily add it to the bottom of your letter? Right now I go up to Options, and e-mail signature, then select the signature, hightlight it, copy it, and then go back to the letter and paste it in. Surely there's an easier way. Or?? Thanks in advance. |

If you set it up correctly, it should automatically show up at the bottom of your emails.
