Default Same Mail repeatedly sent using Microsoft Office Outlook

Hi All, we have problem in sending using Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. When we send email once recipients repeatedly received same emails many times and email not removed from outlook just seems that it’s not sent. This problem is with few people not to all.
Please help me in this regard. Thank you

Regards

This can happen when you are using a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook and therefore does an outgoing mail scan. In those cases you can disable the outgoing mail scan or even uninstall the entire integration and see if the issue goes away. For steps on how to properly disable the integration see the documentation for your virus scanner.
Hope this helps,

Mophead
