Unhappy Strange HTML code inside an e-mail

Hey all. I have a problem related to HTML..
When a cotumer of my buisniss sends an e-mail, you get twisted tables and HTML code

Also, somtimes you have an unclosed body tag, : "</body "

And in the signature I see
< ign=bottom style='width:99.4%;padding:.75pt .75pt .75pt .75pt'>

Does anyone happens to know the solution to this?
