Outlook 2010 with imap gmail account size issues
Hello all. My customer is using outlook 2010 with an IMAP Gmail account. It is using a ton of space and increases daily by 30 gigs a day. I can't believe how fast his hard drive is filling up. I see a lot of different data files that I'm attaching pics of. I don't know if it safe to delete them or not. I almost want to wipe everything and start from scratch. He is a heavy user for his business and my goal is to simply decrease the ever-advancing size of his Gmail account. I just don't know where to begin and I certainly don't want to hose his email. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thank you...
