Outlook 2019 Contacts "Reverting" to Last Name Only
When I go to send an e-mail to a contact in my Outlook 2019 e-mail Contacts list, it "resolves" itself to either only their middle initial and last name or, more often, just their last name.
For example, if I have Tom A. Jones in my Contacts list, when I select that person, the "To" line on the outgoing e-mail will only show "AJones". If I have Tom Jones in my Contacts list (no "A"), when I select that person, the "To" line in the outgoing e-mail will only show "Jones". How can I get this (back) to show First Name Last Name? Thank you. |
