Thanks Shawn, That's encouraging.
I am concerned however for when I try to export my outlook 2000 file I get an error message telling me I must first install the export option.
I am however able to create a backup pst file. Would that serve the same purpose going into outlook2010? If so I will proceedto purchase the packackage and giveit a try.
