Default Approving Exchange Online Emails from iPhone

I have our Exchange Online server setup to send me certain Emails for approval if they have key words in the title or certain attachments so I can try to screen out the bad ones before it even gets to the user. Everything works fine until I try to approve them from my iPhone which that option does not show up even if I am using Outlook on the iPhone. I used to be able to go in the Web interface and approve the Emails but that has gone away now also. Are there any tricks that I can do from my iPhone to approve or reject messages? Tired of hauling around a laptop or tablet when I leave the office.

Thanks
Matt
