Angry Outlook 365 Recurring calendar appointment reminders are not working. One time reminders do work w.

For the past few weeks, I have not been able to use my recurring calendar appointments. The single appointments appear in the reminders without issue but the recurring appointments do not show in the reminder panel.
The issue has been escalated to level III. They say that they are having the same issue but will not tell me if the issue is wide spread. Please let me know if you are having the same issue.
