Default Outlook meeting request without getting notification

Hello! I can't seem to find the answer to my question anywhere. Is there a way to set up a meeting request in Outlook (all day event) without getting the notification at 11:45 pm? I chose "no reminders" and show as "free", but I still get the notification and this is very annoying and I need to fix it. (It is not just me, but the whole team getting these notifications before midnight). I have to create approximately 4-5 all day events for almost every day and nobody needs to be notified, they just need to see them in their calendar.
Thank you for your help!

Try this:
In Outlook, go to File > Options > Calendar > Calendar Options > Default reminders > Change the current value to 0 minutes in the dropdown menu > OK.
If the dropdown menu won’t let you select your new time, select existing, then manually type in ‘0 minutes’.
