Default Outlook 2007:- Opening up a dragged in .msg to a folder brings up an error message

In outlook from office 2007, when I drag a .msg email from the desktop into my Saved Emails folder in outlook, it says "from" my name with the "date" current date, if I open it within outlook I will get the following error message pop up below, and there are no attachments in the email, it’s as if it thinks the email is possibly an attachment which it isn’t

Pop up error message:-
“A program has attachment .msg open. Changes to this file will be lost unless you save your changes to another file by clicking the microsoft office button”
Any idea how to fix this error or turn off all error messages
