Outlook Office 365 - Windows 10 - Dell XPS - Some Gmail accounts can't be included in Send group
Hi,
I just discovered a new "bug". Out of some 7 email account from Gmail, I found (after realizing no new email was arriving anymore) that two of them are not included in the default (and only) Send & Receive Group. They are there in the list when I edit the group, but the check box to "include this account in group" is unchecked. When I try to check it, to make them be a part of the group again, it seems to work as I exit the group settings interface, but... the checked box is not retained and when I go back in there the account is always unchecked and not included in the group. As a result, those two accounts are never receiving any emails... What is this? Why did it change (they used to work). What can be done to fix it? Thanks! Sergio |
