Office Outlook pane is completely different.
The only way to replicate your case is to leave 'Last Name' empty and use 'Second Name' for Gmail but your screenshots clearly state 'Last Name'; I'm confused.
Sorry, I have no other idea. All I have left to suggest is to delete the contact and recreate it as New.
