Thanks for helping. But still no joy.
In Contacts (People) the name and initials (SK) are correct and always were. Check out these two screenshots. Remember that this is in https://outlook.live.com/mail/inbox/............, Not the Outlook in Office. Pretty crazy. Also, I don't know why the screenshots display so much larger than they should. Doug
