Default How to add "Insert Screen Clipping" to Reply-menu?

Very often, when I get an email I would like to reply using a screen clipping.

However, the "Screen Clipping" function is only available when composing a new email (New Email --> Insert-Tab -> Illustrations area -> Screen Clipping).

I would like to have that "Screen Clipping" option also being available when replying to an email, but it is not available in any tab or menu. Also when going to "Customize the Ribbon" I was unable to locate that command anywhere in the list (even when displaying "All commands"). :-(

Why is that not available in Reply/Forward-mode? Or - if it is available - where can I find that?

The option is available in Reply (and Forward) but you have to open the message that you are creating to access it. If you click Reply, the original message in the message list is tagged as 'Draft'. Double click that and the new draft message opens in a window. You can then use the function from the Insert tab.
