Default Can read message body from one sender outlook 2013

In outlook when I receive emails from only one specific person the format is different. The body of the message does not display. I see an envelop icon, the word message, and links to all the attachments as well as the hyperlinks in his signature. Other emails to the same inbox from other people arrive normally.

This person sends mail from a MAC but we are both using the same email domain.

Any ideas?
