Uhm.. Well.. Outlook and Microsoft alltogether can be rather annoying at this point..
Do you also have that pop-up when you boot Internet browsers? If so, it might be your internet provider who is causing the problem If that doesn't work, You can always try reintalling Office... Though you need to back-up your mail 1st
