Can rules recognize contact's multiple email addresses?
I'm uisng Outlook 365. I have contacts with multiple email addresses, which are stored in the contact as e-mail, e-mail 2, and e-mail 3. One is work and the other two are personal. I have a rule that looks for mail from my contacts (i.e., sender is in Contacts Address Book). Some messages from this individual as acted on by this rule, but not all. I think the rule is only catching the first email address. To make the rule work, I'm thinking that I should generate two more contact entries, one for each secondary email address. Am I correct? Is there anyother way? |

Modify the rule to include all the e-mail addresses that are relevant, separated by semi-colons.
