Hello-
I opened a meeting invite for my manager that came from a person outside our company and there was an embedded image at the bottom of the invitation. I clicked on the image not knowing what it was and another screen popped up but it just looked like the same invitation. I just "x"ed out of it and didn't think anything else about it but then noticed that it appeared on MY calendar. How can something appear on my calendar without me accepting it? I am not set up on automatic accept. Is there a notification sent to the organizer from the outside company that I have "accepted" it?
