Default Outlook blocked my email as a sender

I got this email, well, multiple emails like this once, since I'm running a small startup.

"Your message couldn't be delivered because you weren't recognized as a valid sender. The most common reason for this is that your email address is suspected of sending spam and it's no longer allowed to send email. Contact your email admin for assistance."

I went on to check the Microsoft Action center as instructed and eventually managed to unblock the email. But this keeps happening every so often and I have unblock it every time.

The problem is that I really don't know how to find the problem or where to look for it. The only thing I know is that spam has been sent from my email.
I also know that those emails are not sent randomly, but to people that have subscribed to my website.

In the image below, there are currently no restricted users, it usually pops-up after a few days...

If anyone knows how to navigate this page, any help would be appreciated
