Address Book missing

Hi, I had to load a fresh copy of windows 10, and when I reinstalled my Office Professional Plus 2019, all my contacts in the Outlook address book were missing. All my e-mails, both in my inbox and all the folders I had created returned.

Can anyone please advise how I can install my address book. The account was set up as IMAP
