Default user definied fields (not available)

Hi, Im having an issue with Outlook 2007 12.0.6535.5005 SP2 MSO 12, for some reason i can't see any user defined fields, we are using Goldmine and linking it with Outlook. However, even if I add something to userdefined fields i cant see them in there? Anyone can help me with that? Thanks
