Default Identify and deleted a subfolder in the deleted items

Hello,

I have a folder in the deleted item that I want remove but I am not able to find it.
Is there a way to sort out the order of the items in order to identify a subfolder?

If you left click on the symbol to the left of the words "Deleted Items," you'll expand the item and reveal the subfolders in Deleted Items.

I've tried, however, the symbol goes away, and nothing is happening . no expansion.
If I close and re-open outlook, the symbol is again there

What happens if you expand via keyboard instead of the mouse? Using the keyboard or the mouse, ensure "Deleted Items" has focus. There will be a faint rectangle around the words. Then press the right arrow key.

When troubleshooting, I try to eliminate common problem sources such as the mouse itself (they do fail), mouse settings being inappropriate for a user (e.g., movements are too skittish, so reduce sensitivity), or the user not operating the mouse correctly (e.g., double clicking when they should be clicking). One test is to perform operations without the mouse. Instead, use only, or mostly, the keyboard.

So click anywhere in the list of email folders. Set aside your mouse, and press the Up and Down arrow keys until you reach the "Deleted Items" folder. Look for the faint dotted rectangle around the folder name. The rectangle shows you which folder has "focus." When a folder has "focus," it is the one thing you are interacting with via keyboard.

Once you are certain that you have given "Deleted Items" focus, press the Right arrow key. What happens?

If I click with the mouse anywhere in the list of fodlers, and then I try to move up and down with the keyboard, the selection moved into the folder and not up or down in the folders list.

something for the " Conversation hisoty folder"

I know that this directory is empty because I never used it. If I select it, the harrow near the name goes away, but if I close outlook and then reopen it comes up again

My "Deleted Items" folder has the little arrow to its left, as it contains subfolders that I must have deleted at some point.

I just reviewed those subfolders, and deleted them all. The little arrow is gone.

If your mailbox is misbehaving, perhaps consider running scanpst.exe.
