Moving e-mails from inbox to separate folder
Hi All, New to the forum I'm have a lot of e-mails in my inbox which I now want to move to separate folders. Can I simply search for the e-mail address, CTRL "A" and move to the new folder then delete from inbox or do I need to move each one individually? Many thanks C |

Yes, you can search for an email address, select all of the messages, and then move them en masse. You won't need to delete them from the Inbox, as moving the messages removes them from the starting folder and places them in the target folder.
Hint: in the Outlook search box, type "from:abc@xyz.com" to restrict the search to messages from the specified email address. |

If they are in the inbox you can create rules to move them.
