Default Outlook question

At work we use flags in a shared box to indicate whose order belongs to who. Problem is, someone keeps putting my flag on the hard issues and we aren't supposed to. I can't figure out if there is a way to see who is doing it! I ask and everyone acts like they don't know.... so any ideas here?

This sounds more like a workplace issue than an Outlook issue!

Consider initiating a conversation with your union representative (if you are unionized) or your supervisor (if you are not unionized) about a work process some of your coworkers may not be consistently following.
