Rule to reply
Hi all,
I have done some pretty extensive research on this and I haven't found anything promising. Maybe someone here can be of assistance. I work for a Tech Support department and we have implemented a new work order system. When a new work order is entered and assigned to a technician we receive an email from a generic account (workorders @ ourcompany . tld) This email is sent to the user that entered the work order in the To field and the assigned technician in the CC field. What I would like to do is setup a rule that will automatically reply to the user that put in the work order. We have gotten pretty backed up and I just want the end-user to know that I have received the work order and will get to them as soon as possible. Anyone know of a way to do this? I would even settle for a reply-all (not sure if the system BCCs anyone but that's their issue.)
