I am trying to import contact info into Outlook by copying the client name and address from old correspondence/billing (originally written mostly in Wordperfect and some in Word) and pasting into Outlook. (This is a business that never kept a record of its clients, other than by looking at old correspondence, and I'm trying to reconstruct that now.)
This is a big project and I was wondering if anyone knew of a scanner (or other way????) to get the data into Outlook from these documents without copying and pasting. I have seen the scanners for business cards but I am dealing with documents on the computer. Any thoughts? ![]() |

I am not sure if you can import contacts from Word to Outlook. One thing you can do is copy the Contacts into Excel and import them that way.
