We have 3 PCs used for the Support team in our office. I have my outlook account set on all 3 machines to check mails from whereever I log in. (As a policy we set pop as well as exchange accounts on all machines).

Many times I receive repeat mails which I have already downloaded on different machine. I mean 2-4 copies of same (about 60 mails) are downloaded everytime I hit the "send-receive button".

Is there any explanation and solution for this problem.
