Default Can send emails, cannot receive emails!

When I changed my internet provider from Frontier.com to Spectrum.com my Microsoft Outlook stopped performing as expected. I am able to send emails but I cannot receive emails. My incoming/outgoing servers are both "mail.twc.com". When I try to access my emails I receive the message "Type your Username and Password". When I set up the Spectrum servers I inserted both and checked the box so that the incoming server would use the same information as the outgoing server. Have any of our members experienced the same problem? If so, I would appreciate being told how to resolve this problem. Currently, I am using Outlook Express Classic and I do not experience the same problem. I will appreciate all replies and would thank you in advance.
