Question Share account to mobile does not include my country, will not close, & takes up screen

I have a 'You're going places - take Outlook with you for free' notification that fills my message pane when messages are not open (like an ad.). You cannot dismiss it. It does not have my country as an option (Finland), and it won't accept an email (like it offers). Premium Outlook 365.

How do I get rid of the notification?
