I can't believe that Microsoft hasn't allowed us to highlight only the important text from an email sent to us. I see how you can color code email but that doesn't help. If we get an email that has a lot of text on it but only a few sentences, in different paragraphs, are important to us. We shouldn't have to read the whole email every time when we only need to read what is important to us.
So, does anyone have any way to do this? How can I request this and a number of other basics that I believe, and others, that should be in different MS Office software? Thanks, Pat |
