Locked out of Outlook after Update
Allowed update/restart, but when I tried to access my email got this message: "You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect account or password". Both the email and password were correct. Then tried to reset password by getting new code, entered last 4 digits of phone number, tried 5-6 times but no code coming through. Tried using different browsers, no success. Tried having code sent to different email address, received a 4-digit code, but entered and got message that 7-digit code was required. Can't use PIN (tried, but not accepting). Experiencing a circular hell and need to access my email. HELP!
