Hi All,
I am using Outlook (part of Office 365/Microsoft 365), and it has recently started to cause problems. Specifically, when I send an email it can take between 10 minutes and upwards of an hour to arrive at its destination. It is not held up in the Outbox. It shows up immediately in my Sent Items folder. This applies for distant destinations but also for sending emails to another computer in my home, connected to the same wifi network. Both computers use the same Internet service provider. If I send the same email using the same account but via webmail instead of Outlook it sends and is received immediately. I have used Outlook on the other computer and that works just fine. Outlook on my computer receives emails sent from other computers as quickly as I would normally expect. It seems that the Outlook program on my computer is at fault. How can I solve the problem? Thank you. Robert |
