I created rules to move all emails to the recipients' folder. I right-clicked emails and chose Rules-Always Move Messages From: [Sender]. This works and I love it. Now I am not getting any notifications when new emails arrive and I have to scroll down my folders list to see if there is a blue number there indicating new emails. This is cumbersome and causes me to have a late response to emails. I would like to continue to get notifications and would also like a way to list all unread mail even though the new unread emails are not in the same folder. Does anyone know a solution? Thanks! |

You could use 'Outlook Today' and configure it to display your mail folders. Folders with unread messages will be highlighted.
