Greetings,
I am really stuck on this autoarchiving. I have read Microsofts help on how to do it, and have things set up. However, it says there should be a set of identical folders under the Archive head folder, located below my normal email folders on the left side??? Problem is they are not there. I have two archive sites listed under the Data File tab. One is the default. I ran auto archive now. This is a new computer and I transferred the emails from my Vista notebook to this Windows 7 notebook. I set up autoarchive for almost the default settings, yet called the folder a new name to help me identify it. Why can I not find any of those messages? When I follow Outlooks instructions to import them, it first looks for my other notebook that was on the network. That doesn't exist. So, I browsed to the one I had set. However, it is not there! So, I choose the default one. No luck either. Any suggestions? |
