Default Outlook 2007: Cannot connect to Microsoft Exchange

Hi

I have Outlook 2007 installed on two PC's and it has been working well for more than 3 years accessing my Hotmail account.

On the 8th of May I started getting the message

"Connection to Microsoft server has been, lost outlook will will restore the connection when possible"

This happened on both PC's and neither has sent or received mail since then.

I have searched for a fix but have not found anything that I could understand.

Does anyone here know what has happened and how I can fix it.

Any advice or comments will be appreciated.

Regards

Daniel
