Importing a PST file
Hello!
My father is using Outlook 2007 and not long ago he exported a number of folders and files from his outlook at work. The PST file has 2GB of data and is stored on a portable HDD. He imported the PST file to his computer at home. Everything worked fine but then he changed his mind and wanted to delete all the subfolders/e-mails of that imported file. After deleting, the outlook at startup searches for that PST file on the portable HDD. Because it is not always connected, he gets an error that the file is not accesible. Now the question is ... what to do to make that annoying error disappear? Thanks for all your help. E. Last edited by Swoosh983; 08-17-2010 at 01:41 AM. |

Deleting the existing profile and creating a new one should resolve the issue.
