Outlook Contacts
Hi,
I have a contacts group in Outlook. This is a group with about 100 individual email addresses - all clients. I dont want our clients to know all about each other.. If I send an email to this group (e.g. "Client Contacts"), and use the "To" (not the Bcc), then will the recipient be able to expand the group and see all the email addresses in the group? (the way I can, as the drafter of the email, by using the + sign to expand). I am fairly sure the answer is "No", just hoping to confirm. Thank you. |

If you put the group in the TO text box, all group members will be visible to all recipients. If you want the recipients to only see their own details, put the group in the BCC text box and leave the TO text box empty.
