Question Can a delegate use quick steps to manage someone's mailbox?

As a Delegate (Publishing Editor permissions) to my manager's mailbox, how do I use his Quick Steps to manage his e-mails?

For example, I want to use my manager's Quick Steps to move his e-mails into various folders which sit under his inbox? I will need to use his categories and pre-set quick steps to do this and I don't know how it can be done, if at all.

Hoping a guru can tell me so...
