Default How to check what emails Outlook might have blocked?

I have a few questions regarding my Office 365 account in general and my Outlook.com email address in particular:

  1. Is there a way that I can find out what email addresses are getting blocked by Outlook 365 (2016)?
  2. Is there a way that I can recover any emails that have been blocked in the past several days?
  3. Is there a way that I can figure out how an email address started getting blocked in the first place?
Here's the situation: I use Spamex, a disposable email service. It allows me to create disposable email addresses (DEAs) that I can give to anyone that might misuse it, like vendors that I am not sure I can trust, or expose it to the public, like discussion boards like this one, where my email address might be visible to spammers and bots. Any emails sent to a DEA goes to the Spamex server which reroutes them to my real email address.

I have 3 real email addresses -- one outlook.com address that I have had for a year or so as part of my Office 365 subscription and 2 that I have had for more than 20 years that are hosted by GoDaddy. All three are handled by Outlook 2016 on my Win 10 laptop and have been working fine ever since I installed Office 365 over a year ago.

A few days ago, I suddenly stopped getting emails from our neighborhood news group, which has one of my DEAs. I usually get a few emails every day. After a few days, I started wondering if I was having a problem with my email. Then I discovered that I actually was getting emails from everyone who was using my real email address, but no one who was using a DEA.

So I logged onto my Spamex account and discovered that Spamex had actually received all of those emails (about 50), but for some reason they weren't getting forwarded to me or, at least, I wasn't receiving them.

After a little more experimenting, I discovered that I actually was getting some emails that were going through Spamex, just not those that were being forwarded to my Outlook.com email address. Emails that Spamex was forwarding to my GoDaddy emails were coming through just fine.

I just ran another test. I created two new DEAs. One forwards to my outlook.com address and the other to one of my GoDaddy emails. I sent each a test email. The one for my GoDaddy email came right through. The one for the outlook.com address did not. The Spamex history page shows that Spamex got both.

I have been using Spamex for 15-20 years. This has never happened before, but Spamex is kinda flakey and customer service is terrible. So I have not been able to get any help there yet and probably won't until at least tomorrow.

Summary:
  1. Emails that are sent to my real outlook.com email address are coming through just fine.
  2. Emails that are sent to either of my real GoDaddy hosted email addresses are also coming through just fine.
  3. Emails that are sent to any of my DEAs that are scheduled to be forwarded to either of my GoDaddy hosted email addresses are coming through just fine.
  4. Emails that are sent to any of my DEAs that are scheduled to be forwarded to my outlook.com email are not coming through. They are being received by Spamex, but I am not receiving them. I don't know if Spamex if screwing up or if Outlook is blocking them. That's what I want to figure out.
Only #4 is a problem. The first 3 are working.

Can anyone suggest any way I can resolve this or answer any of the questions above and at the top of the post?

Thanks
