Is there an easy setup to move attachments from a specifc folder to a folder on my hardrive?



I have nearly 200 questionnaires I need information from and I don't want to open each and do a save as.

Your task is still going to require some finger joint grease but it can easly be done. Just create a folder on your desktop and click and drag each attachment to that local folder. this will auto save it in that specified folder.

This is the easiest way for you to export it without going to a .PST file for transport.
