I can receive emails but can't send. I've spent hours and hours talking to Microsoft, my IP, Frontier, and Yahoo but to no avail. Everyone points to the other guy. The odd thing is that it happened to my wife on her computer the same day it happened to me on my computer. I can log onto my on line Webmail but when I try to do it through Outlook it won't work. I've been through the settings a zillion times and no one seems to have any answers. HELP!
